PAYMENT

Can be made by PayPal account, cheque and all the major credit cards including maestro domestic & solo, mastercard, visa credit, UK visa debit, UK visa electron, Maestro, JCB. Commercial cards includes Visa, Mastercard Corporate, Business and Purchasing Cards.

RETURNS

If you have purchased via the web site, sculpture unseen, then notify us within seven days and return the sculpture in the original condition within 14 days for a refund. The piece must be packed in the original container (or similar) and shipped prepaid and insured to the full value. The refund will be paid in the same form as the payment (e.g. if by credit card then refund to the same credit card.)
However if the bronze is not immediately available and has to be cast specifically for you then your right to return it no longer applies. You would be informed of its availability before you agree to purchase.

DELIVERY COSTS

UK Residents

Delivery costs are calculated for UK residents within the shopping process, delivery on most items is charged at £45.00. This includes insurance  and packaging

Non UK Residents

Will be calculated dependent upon your location before a final all in price is quoted. Please use the Non-UK Customers and your payment will be deferred until we have contacted you with this information and you have consented to those terms.
Note: we will get a card pre-authorisation to ensure that we can deal with your order as swiftly as possible.
